Rosana Heringer, Doctor in Sociology by the IUPERJ (Rio de Janeiro University of Research Institute), actually  Professor Adjunct of  Superior Education School of UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), Executive Coordinator of AcionAid Brasil  (2008-2011), Programs General Coordinator  (2004-2008) and Program Women’s Rights Coordinator (2006-2007) of the same organization.

Suzimar Clementino Niv, is a businesswoman, graduated in Law and Gastronomy. Chef and partner of the restaurants IL Piatti in Botafogo, Barra and Caxias. She is one of the responsible for creation of the Botafogo Gastronomic Polo. She is activist and contributor to the Black Movement.

Lúcia Xavier, social assistant, coordinator of CRIOLA – a black women’s organization with the head office in Rio de Janeiro - and of the AMNB – a network of organizations of Brazilian black women; Advisor to the National Council of Promotion of Racial Equality representing AMNB; coordination of the program AZIZA about black women’s human rights.
Angela Donini, Associate Professor at Department of Philosophy in Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO). Psychologist, master and doctor in Clinical Psychology / studies of subjectivity. Training in film direction from the School Darcy Ribeiro. Post-doctorate in Social Medicine at University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
Rita de Cássia Lima Andréa, sociologist, advisor, Masters in agricultural planning, specialist in the areas of public security, human rights, and gender violence.
Jana Guinond, is actress and producer. She studied Education in the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and is also formed in Dramatic Arts. She was the presenter of the Petrobras WEB TV show. She is Councillor and member of the Executive Board of the Municipal Council for the Defense of Black People Rights; and Executive Cultural Coordinator of the NGO. Estimate.
Célia Cruz, Since April 2012 Celia has served as Executive Director of the Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial (ICE). Before joining ICE, Celia served as Director of Ashoka Canada from 2009 to 2011, Managing Director of Ashoka Global Fellowship for 1 ½ years and Director of Ashoka in Brazil and Paraguay for five years. Before Ashoka, Célia worked with the Institute for Development of Social Investment, where she was a Program Coordinator for two years, creating community foundations in a number of Brazilian cities. She founded the fundraising consulting firm Philanthropics in 1994 and served as fundraising coordinator for the School of Business Administration of São Paulo, Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP/FGV), until 2000. Célia also served as EAESP/FGV’s liaison to the Fundraising School of Indiana University's Center for Philanthropy from 2000–2003 and taught fundraising from 1995-2007 in the first management nonprofit program in Latin America, also at EAESP/FGV. Célia has a master degree on Economic from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EAESP/FGV) which included exchange programs at ESSEC, Paris, France (1990) and York University, Toronto, Canada (1993). Célia holds na undergraduate degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia e Administração da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA/USP). Célia has served on the Board of Directors of several organizations including Roots of Empathy (Canada), Associação Rodrigo Mendes, the Brazilian Association of Fundraisers (ABCR), the Volunteer Center of São Paulo, IMAFLORA, AISEC, the Committee for Social Engagement of Instituto Akatu and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) at George Brown College in Toronto. Célia is a co-author of fundraising book Captação de Diferentes Recursos para Organizações Sem Fins Lucrativos, 2000.

Lia Blower, consultant in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Management, with over thirty years of professional experience. She was responsible, for the structuring and implementation of Environmental and Social Investment Policy of Petrobras and community relations programs and environmental education programs for Petrobras and Transpetro. She was also tconsultant for Ethos Institute for sustainable management development program (Tear) and for Communications and New Business for Vale. Associated to the Brazilian Institute of Social and Economic Research - Ibase.

   

Vania Narciso, partner and co-founder of NNF Consulting Energy, that identifies opportunities, structures projects and provides operational support to investors and domestic and foreign companies interested in developing business in Brazil and in Africa in the areas of energy, with emphasis oil, natural gas, biofuels and infrastructure of basic industry. Postgraduated in Business Advisory Multinationals in the Administrative and Financial Areas.
