On Friday, December 8, the general coordinator and co-founder of the ELAS Fund was one of the speakers at Bora Transformar - Recode Conversations to reprogram the world, promoted by the NGO Recode.
The event brought together more than 200 people - young people assisted by the NGO Recode, as well as educators and social leaders - at the Pedro Álvares Cabral State College in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.
There was a round of talks to discuss entrepreneurship and technology for social transformation, seeking to inspire and motivate the participants. The aim was to talk about how it is possible to make a dream come true and make a difference in our society.
The NGO Recode is a social organization focused on digital empowerment, which seeks to train autonomous, aware and connected young people who are able to reprogram the system they are in through the use of technology. They work in partnership with community centers, libraries and public schools to train multipliers in our own methodology. They are present in 7 countries and 9 Brazilian states. Find out more here.
