On September 10, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Synergos Brasil will hold a webinar to discuss the importance of the relationship of trust between donors and grantees and how much we need to invest flexible resources to support the operation and institutional strengthening of civil society.
The participants will be Amalia Fischer (ELAS Fund), Atila Roque (Ford Foundation), Camila Feldberg (Itaú Social Foundation) and Cláudia Costa de Lima (Casa Pequeno Davi) - donors and grantees who are leading the way in trust-based funding in Brazil.
The event will see the launch of the Portuguese version of the report "Funding from a Place of Trust: Exploring the value of general operating support and capacity building grants", an international survey that offers a solid starting point for any foundation, philanthropist or impact investor wishing to better understand the benefits of flexible funding and the vital considerations for achieving results with this type of donation.
The webinar is part of the GIFE Congress program.
