The new Call for Proposals Building Movements 2021 will offer flexible support to around 80 groups/organizations of women and trans people.

Activists supported by ELAS+ from all over the country reported the negative impact of the pandemic on their institutions and social projects. In addition to the economic and health difficulties, they reported the difficulties of working remotely and online without computers, internet and all the technology that the pandemic required.

The flexible support offered by ELAS+ was decisive for the organizations it supported, making it possible to adapt and innovate in the development of responses and support for their communities and territories as the needs arose in their very diverse contexts.

ELAS+ renews confidence in LBT women and people! Each group or organization selected will receive between R$40,000 and R$50,000 for their actions and institutional strengthening. What matters is the focus and history of the organization or group and its initiatives, whether they are emergency assistance or institutional strengthening.
