The ELAS Fund is present today at the launch of the Trans Employability Project, which aims to accelerate and give greater consistency to the process of professional development and employability of trans people.
The aim of the project is to create a network of organizations to promote broad solutions for the effective inclusion of trans people in the world of work with freedom, equity and security.
The initiative involves the International Labour Organization (ILO), Txai Consultoria e Educação, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the office of chef Paola Carosella and Benny Goldenberg, as well as other organizations that are working together or will work together during the course of the actions.
Today's meeting in São Paulo aims to present the proposal and come up with practical solutions.
Amalia Fischer, general coordinator of the ELAS Fund, and Vanessa Lucena, development manager, take part in the event and mobilize partners for the ELAS Fund's new LBT program, scheduled for launch in December 2017.
