The II Dialogue Building Movements: Alliances and Collective Actions, an international meeting that the ELAS Fund and the British Council organized from September 26 to 28 in Rio de Janeiro, is available online.
There were more than 120 activists together, building and expanding alliances in for gender equality in the world. Leaders from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Argentina, England, Scotland and Ireland were present.
The II Dialogue Building Movements was covered by Le Monde Diplomatique, Radio Agencia Nacional, Marie Claire and TVT, among others.

Contemporary Feminisms
The II Dialogue Building Movements is part of the Contemporary Feminisms - Building Movements program, an initiative that began in 2016 and is the result of a partnership between ELAS Fund, British Council, Open Society Foundations, Global Fund for Women and UN Women, aimed at strengthening the women's movement in defense of democracy.
