March is a time of intense mobilization for the women's movement across Brazil. March 8 is a time to celebrate the achievements of women's rights and discuss the discrimination and moral, physical and sexual violence still suffered by women, preventing setbacks from threatening what has already been achieved by women's struggles.
Acts, celebrations and themed events are taking place all over the country.
