After a break of five years, the ELAS Fund, with part of its team renewed at the end of 2014, held a strategic planning meeting from March 12 to 15 in Teresópolis, in a calm atmosphere conducive to reflection. The team, some guests and facilitators Rebecca Raposo and Vanessa Lucena came to the end of the work with a vision of what they want for the Fund over the next five years and what they need to do to get there with sustainability, autonomy, empowerment and more rights for women. Now it's face to face with the challenge!
